Abe Rad, Nice Device, terrible appThe Duo-Link app has always been poor. I am really hoping the developer puts some effort in fixing/updating this app soon because it renders the very nice thumb drive hardware almost useless. I was excited to see an update a little while ago but nothing was really improved, just some UI updates that still look laughable on an iPAD, and do not improve the experience on any device.

I had to make a small Workflow sequence just to get the open/copy in feature to work. Of course no advanced features are supported like drag-and-drop. Please fix!Update:I got a message from the developer here which is nice to see that they are at least responding to feedback. The bad news is that there haven't been any real updates to the app so I can't improve my rating as of yet. Maybe there is an update in the works that will fix things like iPad screen size, split screen, and drag-and-drop. Not to mention the open-in feature which is, to date, still hit and miss.

Michele16US, I'm devasted! Device/app deleted part of my history!:(I was happy with this device for one week. Then I went out for vacation with no access to internet. I decided for this device as an alternative to free space from my phone, since I would not be able to upload pictures to the cloud (no internet!) one week later, folders that were working as expected disappeared from the drive! Back home, I searched online and found thousand of complaints, and the company stating they are not responsible for missed data, but they offer a software to recovery THAT YOU NEED TO PAY FOR IT!
This company is trying to kidnap files!!!! This is ridiculous!!!! I'm feeling devasted. I lost hundreds of pictures from a very special vacation, that I would not be able to share, print or see those moments caught in pictures again. Hope a lawyer can be interested in making some money from this b a s t a r d s!

Wwerno, Terrible!I’ve used the PNY USB drives for Mac before and have relied on them to securely store documents etc. Purchased the PNY USB 3.0 OTG Flash Drive to use with an iPad Pro.
Plugged in the device and followed the instructions for downloading the app. Followed instructions for transferring photos over to the device in order to free up space on the iPad. It ran smoothly for a while and then crashed. Retried the transfer, but the app again crashed. It also kept asking to plug in the USB, which was already plugged in. Eventually gave up in frustration since this was not the experience with past PNY products.
Checked the USB on PC and found it had transferred some, but not all photos. Returning the device and deleting the app.
Who needs to waste time with something that should work without hassle. Unfortunately the reviewers on here seem to agree. No more PNY for me.
